Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted relations ship with key stakeholders
Ensure successful timely delivery of our solutions to meet client needs and objectives
Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales team to ensure growth
Assist with issues escalations as needed

Proven account management or other relevant experience
Financial industry knowledge
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
