Client Support Specialist

We are a financial services software company looking for candidates with extensive financial institution experience and/or technical software expertise to join our client support team. The ideal candidate is an exceptional problem-solver with a positive attitude and professional communication skills, seeking to join an innovative technological team.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Respond to client needs in a timely and professional manner, either by phone or in writing
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, and other computer-related technologies
  • Take ownership of client inquiries: collect information, coordinate resources, conduct diagnostic testing, provide thorough documentation, and facilitate a timely resolution
  • Ensure client satisfaction; meet or exceed key performance indicators for case volume, response times, customer survey scores, etc.
  • Communicate internal opportunities for improvement of workflows and product designs
  • Complete internal/external documentation and conduct training sessions as required
  • Contribute a positive, caring attitude in all internal and external interactions
  • Maintain client confidentiality and regulatory compliance standards
  • Provide after hours support following a rotation schedule
  • Responsible for additional projects and duties as needed or assigned

Skills/Requirements

  • Strong technical background and/or extensive financial institution experience
  • Quick learner with innovative problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive professional with a strong work ethic
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
