As the Account Manager at IBT Apps you will be at the front line of all client relationships and responsible for understanding and communicating client expectations. This role will be a combination of account management and targeting growth opportunities within the existing client base.

Skills/Requirements

  • Proven account management
  • Minimum 3-years’ experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Excellent work ethic and integrity

 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for current and new product inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Handle client needs and escalate issues if necessary
  • Develop a trusted relationship with key stakeholders within the Bank or Credit Union
  • Ensure solutions meet client needs and objectives
  • Identify and grow opportunities within current customer accounts
  • Manage all aspects of ongoing customer contract changes
  • Utilize CRM tool (Microsoft Dynamics) to target and develop new internal sales opportunities
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required
