Marketing Specialist (Part-time, 25 hours per week)

Looking for a marketing specialist who is well versed in digital marketing and social platforms, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ad words, landing pages, digital ad creation, lead generation, and content creation for SEO. You will collaborate with the marketing director to structure and execute awesome demand gen programs that deliver mind-blowing results. Your email nurture skills will drive ever-improving conversion rates. Your ongoing efforts to fine-tune our marketing automation tool, HubSpot will make our ABM grow and convert. Your attention to detail is reflected in your database hygiene and support for sophisticated inbound marketing strategies.

 Who You Are:

  • You are collaborative and enjoy contributing new and innovative ideas with a small team
  • You thrive under deadlines and juggling multiple priorities and have had experience on delivering online campaigns
  • Motivated and driven when taking on tasks
  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms including SEM, SEO, and paid social
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear, succinct and timely communication and proven ability to foster important relationships
  • Professional maturity, composure, and emotional intelligence

 What You’ll Do:

  • Work with Director of Marketing to collaborate on campaigns
  • Assist in developing social media strategies to increase awareness and followers
  • Cross function with internal departments to create marketing content
  • Create emails, blog posts, social posts in accordance with campaigns and to use in automation to generate new leads
  • Work with third-party vendors for cross over content and guest blogging
  • Assist with other various marketing duties i.e.: trade shows, company events, etc

 Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Suite (CRM software is a plus)
  • Experience with planning campaigns & building workflows
  • Communicates well through instant messaging and video conferences

 Experience

  • 1-2+ years’ experience working in Marketing
  • B2B Marketing experience a plus
  • Marketing Automation Experience
  • SEM Certified
