 Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work with CEO to produce reports.
  • Work with Corporate Account Executive to create and submit standard and custom financial proposals that align with the customer's agreement.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing when needed to assemble the correct product information to be included with the financial proposals.
  • Work with Client Support Manager and Project Manager when necessary to understand the customer need, and to track and manage the process needed to create financial proposals.
  • Maintain master Excel pricing agreements used by sales and account management as internal and external products added, removed or enhanced. Ensure provisions and pricing are in accordance with policies, procedures, and service/product offerings.
  • Manage sales documentation workflow from execution to fulfillment. Manage electronic archive for data integrity and satisfactory audit.
  • Maintain CRM client and account data for accuracy and updates.
  • Support the executive sales team with client management demands. Engage with clients, vendors, and partners to fulfill document requests.

Skills/Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or relevant experience and 2-4 years of contract administration experience.
  • Very strong skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel and Dynamics
  • Understanding of the sales process and the documentation demands of a sales organization. Ability to effectively communicate with the executive sales team, business unit managers, vendors, partners, and clients
  • Ability to accurately prepare and analyze simple to moderately complex documentation.
  • Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate contract provisions, terms, and special conditions
  • Willing to support sales demands, take on multiple tasks and projects, track progress and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Client relations experience helpful
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate and work in teams
  • Responsive, reliable, and results-oriented
  • Strong communications skills (written and oral)
  • High degree of professionalism
